We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all production machinery and equipment. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, optimizing performance, and supporting production targets through proactive maintenance strategies.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum uptime
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Work with CNC machines, PLC systems, and control panels
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize costs
- Maintain records using CMMS systems
