Job Summary The MV Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing process of Medium Voltage (MV) panels/systems, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. The role involves coordinating with design, planning, and quality teams to achieve production targets while maintaining technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the production of Medium Voltage (MV) panels/switchgear according to approved drawings and specifications. Review technical documents, single line diagrams, and production drawings before manufacturing. Ensure compliance with company standards, IEC regulations, and safety procedures. Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Quality departments to resolve technical or production issues. Improve production efficiency and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production or quality problems. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects. Prepare technical and production reports when required.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.4–8 years of experience in MV panels, switchgear manufacturing, or electrical production environments. Previous Experience in Panel Manufacturer Strong knowledge of MV systems, protection schemes, and electrical components. Good understanding of engineering drawings and panel layouts.
