Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Manager role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Financial Manager will oversee company financial operations and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow, as well as mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supervising the finance team. The role also involves strategic financial planning and providing insights and recommendations to senior management for improving financial performance and growth.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and compliance Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills Knowledge of the real estate industry and related financial practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in project management and process optimization is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA preferred)
