حاصل على بكالوريوس حاسبات ومعلومات أو هندسة إتصالات وإلكترونيات من جامعة حكومية ويفضل خريجي برنامج التسعة أشهر من معهد تكنولوجيا المعلومات التابع لوزارة الإتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، للعمل كمطور برامج بمركز معلومات سلطة التصديق (في مجال التوقيع الإلكتروني) بنظام التعاقد الخاص على منحة الأودا، كما هو وارد ببطاقة الوصف الوظيفي المرفقه طيه، على أن تكون خبرته سنه على الأقل، ويفضل أن يكون من سكان القاهرة الكبرى، مع الأخذ في الإعتبار أن العمل بالسلطة يتيح عدد من التدريبات المختلفة سواء بالداخل او الخارج، ذلك بالإضافة إلى أن العمل بمركز معلومات السلطة يتيح فرصة كبيرة للحصول على خبرات فى مجال تكنولوجية متعددة مثل مجال التوقيع الإلكتروني المبنية على تكنولوجيا بنية المفتاح العام، مجال إدارة وتامين الشبكات، مجال النظم، مجال أنظمة وأجهزة حفظ البيانات والحوسبة السحابية.

Intety Description The Government Electronic Certificate Authority (Gov-CA) is a Central Department hosted in Egyptian Ministry of Finance, and which is responsible for providing Digital Certificates Services under the Egyptian Law Number 15 for year 2004, and the Executive Regulations Number 109 for year 2005 and its updated version Number 467 for year 2024, and all terms and conditions mentioned in the License issued from the Egyptian Root-CA to the Gov-CA, as also the framework of this license.
Job Description Will manage and administrate the operational and administrative activities associated with the running of the network and security appliances and software, and will develop and implement network and security standards, procedures and guidelines for multiple platforms and different systems environments.

Key Responsability: Ensure stable and reliable Operation for GOVCA Network. Technical administration and installation for network devices which includes but not limited to the below Network devices (routers, switches). Network Admission control. SIEM Solution. Network monitor and management tools. Day-to-day performance monitoring. Troubleshooting and fault analysis and repair. Standard changes implementation via our change control systems and processes. Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices Knowledge/Skill Area: · Solid understanding of TCP/IP and related technologies. · Strong routing and switching knowledge and hands-on is a must. · Experience in dealing with Telecom Egypt and Service Providers is a plus.. ISO 27001 standards and controls knowledge is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science / Communication Engineering / Computer Engineering Strong knowledge in Routers and Switches and hands-on is a must. Basic knowledge in voice. Certified CCNA is a plus. ITIL Foundational is a plus. Preferred Experience1 to 3 years’ experience in the field of Information Security covering most of the following: network protocols, network admission control, Routers, Switches and Passive Connectivity.
