Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will support clients in making informed real estate decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients on property needs, facilitating property sales and acquisitions, building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining expertise in the local real estate market. You will also be tasked with driving sales performance and meeting targets while adhering to company values.
Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Consulting and providing expert advice on real estate transactions Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with a diverse client base Proficiency in Customer Service to provide satisfying and seamless client experiences Proven Sales expertise, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market and industry trends Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
