Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an Operations Sales Supervisor with real estate experience. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily sales operations, managing client relationships, guiding and mentoring team members, and driving operational strategies to achieve performance goals. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service, improving sales processes, and collaborating with the project management team to align business operations with strategic objectives.
