About the Role
Enter Perform is launching a new coworking and innovation space in Alexandria. This role is not about managing an existing business — it’s about building one from zero. We are looking for someone who can generate leads, close partnerships, and fill the space with startups, freelancers, and companies. If you are waiting for marketing campaigns to bring you leads, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities Build the customer base from scratch (freelancers, startups, SMEs) Identify and close partnerships with:Universities Training centers Startup communities Corporates needing workspace solutions Drive daily outreach (calls, visits, Whats App, Linked In) Convert inquiries into paying members Create and execute local activation ideas (events, workshops, collaborations) Work closely with marketing to test and improve campaigns Maintain pipeline and report weekly performance
Success Metrics (KPIs) Monthly revenue generated Number of new members acquired Partnerships signed Occupancy rate growth Conversion rate from leads to customers
What We’re Looking For2–5 years in sales / business development (preferably services or startups) Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with cold outreach and field work Entrepreneurial mindset (you act like an owner, not an employee) Based in Alexandria and understands the local market Fluent in Arabic and English
Not a Fit If You Prefer structured corporate environments Avoid direct sales or rejection Expect ready-made leads Need constant supervision
Compensation Fixed salary + strong commission structure High upside based on performance (no ceiling)
