Role Overview This is a hands-on, factory-based role managing the full production cycle — from mixing and casting to finishing and final product approval.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily production (mixing, casting, curing)- Work with molds and formwork (precast / custom products)- Monitor finishing quality (surface, edges, and details)- Inspect final products and approve or reject output- Manage and direct workers on-site- Ensure consistency in product quality- Handle basic reporting and documentation- Maintain safety and quality standards

Requirements- Civil Engineering (preferred) - Architectural Engineering (accepted with strong interest in execution and materials)- 0–1 year experience (internships are a plus)- Strong interest in concrete, precast, or materials- Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness- Willing to work on-site in a factory environment- Must have a car or reliable transportation
