Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Arabic Customer Support Specialist within the banking industry. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries in Arabic, resolving account-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns efficiently and effectively while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support and achieving Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive client relationships Technical Support expertise relevant to banking services Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer inquiries effectively Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a strong advantage Ability to work on-site in Cairo and maintain a customer-focused approach Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus Relevant certifications or a diploma in customer service, business, or related fields will be considered an advantage
