We are hiring Customer Service Representative
location Alexandria

Real estate experince is a must

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Customer Service Representative the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, Whats App, and in-person visits.
-Provide detailed and accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
-Assist customers with inquiries related to property features, availability, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
-Handle the clients’ modifications’ requests.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, engineering, etc.) to resolve customer queries efficiently.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project details, company policies, and industry trends.
-Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a positive client experience.
-Handle complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
-Support client’s post-sale, including documentation, payment schedules, and handover updates

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
3 - 6 years of customer service experience,
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
