Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Zahraa El-Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting products, and driving sales. The day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role incorporates continuous learning and training to improve skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and maintaining relationships Proven Sales experience with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets Ability to participate in Training and adapt to new sales techniques and company strategies Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred, but not mandatory Fluent English is a MUST We are looking to hire immediately!
