Job title : Medical Representative

Job Summary

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers to drive product adoption and prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and detail the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals Conduct regular field visits according to the assigned territory plan Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Deliver accurate product information, including benefits, usage, and competitive advantages Organize and attend medical meetings, conferences, and promotional events Monitor competitor activities and market trends Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and product performance Maintain daily reports of visits, sales activities, and client interactions Ensure ethical promotion aligned with company standards and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science1–3 years of experience Good command of English Presentable and professional appearance Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Skills

Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Good understanding of medical terminology Ability to build long-term relationships Time management and planning skills
