We are looking for a high-performing Sales Engineer to join our team in the agriculture & agrochemicals sector. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales capabilities to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business within farms, agricultural companies, and distributors* Promote and sell agrochemical products (fertilizers, pesticides, crop protection solutions)* Provide technical consultation based on crop needs and field conditions* Conduct regular field visits to build strong client relationships* Identify new opportunities and generate leads* Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals* Achieve sales targets and report market insights
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Mandatory)* 2–5 years of experience in agriculture / agrochemicals / pesticides sales* Strong technical knowledge of crops and pest control solutions* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Willingness to work in the field
Preferred:
* Experience with large farms or distributors* Existing network in the agriculture sector
