Role Description The Sales Engineer will be a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, the Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support customer requirements, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include interacting with clients to recommend tailored solutions, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and troubleshooting technical challenges. The role also involves fostering strong client relationships and contributing to the company's ongoing success in serving diverse industrial and commercial sectors.
Qualifications Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively understand client needs and drive revenue. Strong technical support skills to provide effective solutions and troubleshoot client issues. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in industrial or commercial products is an added advantage.
