Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Marketing & Sales Specialist. The specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and promoting Food Biz Consulting’s services. Daily responsibilities include:Conducting client consultations and creating tailored marketing strategies. Managing sales operations and customer inquiries. Identifying opportunities to expand the company’s reach in the food and beverage industry. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance business outcomes.
Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing. Industry Knowledge: preferred to have experience in the restaurant, food service, consulting, or real estate marketing sectors. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, communication, and customer service skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in social media platforms and good computer skills. Language: Good command of English. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification. Location: Ability to work on-site in the Sheraton area (Preference for candidates with easy access to this location).

هذا الدور هو وظيفة بدوام كامل من مقر الشركة بمصر الجديدة (شيراتون). سيلعب أخصائي التسويق والمبيعات دوراً محورياً في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات، إدارة علاقات العملاء، والترويج لخدمات الشركة.
المسؤوليات اليومية:
إجراء استشارات مع العملاء ووضع استراتيجيات تسويقية مخصصة.إدارة عمليات المبيعات والرد على استفسارات العملاء.تحديد فرص جديدة للتوسع في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B).التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لتحسين نتائج الأعمال.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التسويق.الخلفية المهنية: يفضل من لديهم خبرة في قطاع المطاعم، الخدمات الغذائية، الاستشارات، أو التسويق العقاري.المهارات: مهارات تواصل ممتازة، تفكير استراتيجي، وقدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة.المهارات التقنية: إجادة التعامل مع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وبرامج الكمبيوتر الأساسية.اللغة: إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.المؤهل الدراسي: حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل عالي مناسب.السكن : القدرة على العمل في مقر الشركة بمنطقة شيراتون (الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين يسهل عليهم الوصول لهذا الموقع).
