???? Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Medical Sales professional responsible for patient acquisition for our Home Care & ICU at Home services.
The role focuses on building strong referral channels through:
Physicians (Consultants & Specialists)
Hospitals (ICU / ER / Discharge Units)
Medical centers and healthcare entities

???? Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers
Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Promote Reaya’s services and generate patient referrals
Receive and follow up on referred cases in coordination with operations
Achieve and exceed monthly patient acquisition targets
Manage and track a consistent referral pipeline

✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in Medical Sales / Healthcare Business Development
Strong background dealing with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
Solid understanding of healthcare services (Home Care / ICU / Patient Flow)
Existing network within the medical field is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and consistently hit targets
