Roles & Responsibilities

As an M&A Lead, you will deliver the research, analysis, and insights required to support investment decisions across the deal lifecycle. The role focuses on owning the analytical workstream, ensuring that clients are equipped with clear, structured, and reliable inputs to assess opportunities.

You will act as a key interface between data and decision-making, translating complex market, financial, and strategic information into actionable insights aligned with the client s objectives.

What you will do?

• Lead the delivery of business and investment research to support client requests
• Identify and assess M&A opportunities and potential acquisition targets
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis in an M&A context
• Develop valuation analyses, financial models, and investment cases to support transaction decisions
• Support commercial due diligence through data-driven insights and challenge assumptions
• Synthesize findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations for clients
• Lead and mentor analysts, ensuring high-quality and consistent outputs
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure timely, reliable delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Background & Linguistic skills:

• Master s degree in Finance, Strategy, Business, or related field
• 6 10+ years of experience in M&A / Corporate Development, Investment Banking, and Strategy Consulting (with transaction exposure)
• Strong experience across deal lifecycle execution
• Have expertise with research databases
• Full proficiency in English and either French or Arabic /
