Rahn Schulen Kairo is looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated IT Specialist who will manage and develop our school's digital infrastructure and serve as a key link between pedagogy and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure and the daily educational duties (servers, networks, Mobil devices, WLAN)
- Office 365 System Admin
- Provide technical support for teachers, administration, and student accounts
- routing, VLANs, L2L3 Switches and VPN
- CCNA
- CCNP (Preferred)
- MCSA
- VOIP
- CCTV, NAS Synology
- LMS
- Managing and monitoring school educational equipment's (copier machines, smart boards, desktops…etc.)
- IT equipment's and devices partners and stores awareness
- Backups
