Job Summary:


As a Technical Recruitment Associate, you will support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineering, data, IT, cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, and more.


You will learn how to source top technical talent, conduct screenings, manage pipelines, and support hiring managers — all while developing strong market knowledge and recruitment expertise.


We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 

Sourcing & Talent Identification


  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms
  • Learn and apply Boolean search techniques
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines

Screening & Evaluation


  • Conduct initial HR screenings
  • Assess communication skills and basic technical alignment
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Recruitment Operations


  • Manage candidate data using ATS tools (Workable)
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and positive candidate experience
  • Support offer coordination and documentation

Market Research


  • Monitor talent availability and salary benchmarks
  • Stay informed about tech roles and emerging technologies
