Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Egypt and involves working as an Information Technology Technician. In this role, responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing hands-on technical support to staff and clients, and delivering training on IT tools and systems. The technician will collaborate with teams to improve IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for clients and internal systems.
Qualifications
We are seeking a full-time L1 and L2 on-site Information Technology Support Technician to join our team in Alexandria,Cairo and Sinai. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by delivering hands-on technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining essential equipment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
3. Repair and maintain desktop computers, printers, and related peripherals.
4. Assist with desktop setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
5. Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained to support business continuity.
Qualifications
1. Proven expertise in technical support, with the ability to resolve hardware and software problems.
2. Hands-on experience with desktop computers and peripherals.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
4. Competence in printer support and computer repair.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
8. Prior experience in IT support roles is preferred.
9. The technician must speak english and french above average.
