Role Description We are seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and insights during the sales process. Key responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful integration of solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer requirements and challenges, with a focus on delivering security and technical solutions effectively.
Qualifications Experience in Presales and Sales , with a focus on understanding customer requirements and crafting solutions Strong Backgroung in the field of CCTV and Light Current . Strong background in technical support and integration of technology-based solutions Knowledge and expertise in security systems and related technologies Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly Proficiency in preparing detailed technical proposals and presentations Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field Previous experience in surveillance, network equipment, or similar industries is a plus
