Role Description We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City. The selected candidate will address client inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, and provide support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Additional responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through professional communication and proactive problem-solving.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service processes Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and ensure positive Customer Experience Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills Detail-oriented, with effective problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM platforms
