Job Details

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing potential clients, building relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the sales process. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, delivering product presentations, providing consultation to customers about solar energy solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will contribute to ongoing training and development efforts to enhance skills and knowledge in the renewable energy market.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clients effectively Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, account management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience or knowledge in Sales Management and strategies to drive team performance and success Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate colleagues or clients about solar products and solutions Passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives Proficiency in CRM software and basic data management tools Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
