Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Area Sales Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will lead sales efforts, develop and execute business plans, and oversee customer service within their designated area. Tasks include managing relationships with existing clients, communicating effectively to identify customer needs, and driving sales growth while devising strategies to penetrate new markets. The role also involves mentoring and training the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and driving revenue growth Experience in Customer Service and fostering strong client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport Business Planning expertise, with the ability to formulate and execute strategic plans Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and create solutions Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the dermocosmetic or dermatology-related fields is an advantage
