Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt, for an Insurance Sales Representative. The role involves identifying client needs, presenting appropriate insurance products, and executing sales strategies to meet targets. Tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to develop effective sales plans. Sales and customer-focused skills, including Insurance Sales and Customer Service proficiency Experience and knowledge in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic market conditions Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the insurance industry is an asset
