???? Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance across ERP projects. You will lead testing activities, manage QA processes, and ensure high-quality delivery of ERP solutions. ???? Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the QA team across ERP projects • Define and implement testing strategies and plans• Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing• Ensure ERP systems meet business and technical requirements• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders• Identify risks, defects, and improvement areas• Drive test automation initiatives where applicable • Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed ✅ Requirements• 5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing• Strong experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) • Solid knowledge of test planning, test case design, and execution• Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools• Understanding of business processes (Finance, SCM, Sales, etc.) • Experience in UAT coordination• Leadership and team management skills ???? Nice to Have• ISTQB certification (preferred) • Experience with test automation tools• Experience in ERP implementation projects (end-to-end)• Exposure to regional markets (Egypt / GCC) ????
