Role Description This full-time position as a Client Support representative is focused on serving Arabic-speaking accounts and is based on-site in Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Proven expertise in Customer Service, ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience. Ability to proactively address client issues and provide tailored solutions to maintain high-quality service standards. Proficiency in Arabic language; additional language skills are a plus. Familiarity with BPO environments or previous experience in client support roles is an advantage. Commitment to professional growth and ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment. English Level A2
