As the Production Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our assembly operations. This is a high-stakes role requiring a leader who can balance the "human element" of managing a blue-collar workforce with the technical precision required to assemble and troubleshoot smart vending machines. You will ensure that every unit leaving the line meets i Vend’s standards for innovation and reliability. Key Responsibilities
Workforce Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a team of 10–15 blue-collar technicians on the production line, fostering a culture of safety, discipline, and high output. Production Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end assembly process of i Vend’s smart vending machines, ensuring daily production targets are met without compromising quality. Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the technical authority on the floor. You must deeply understand the mechanical and electronic components of our VMs to solve complex assembly issues on the fly. Conflict & Personnel Management: Handle all on-ground employee relations, including shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolving labor-related issues efficiently. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement lean workflows to increase efficiency and reduce material waste.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment (experience in electronics, appliances, or automotive assembly is highly preferred). Technical Expertise: A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience). You must be able to read technical drawings and understand hardware-software integration. Leadership Style: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and command respect from a blue-collar workforce. Problem-Solving: A "hands-on" approach to troubleshooting; you are comfortable jumping onto the line to solve a technical snag. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or a related technical field. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between floor operations and upper management.

المؤهلات المطلوبة
الخبرة: حد أدنى 5 سنوات في دور إشرافي داخل بيئة تصنيع أو إنتاج (يفضل من لديه خبرة في تجميع الإلكترونيات، الأجهزة المنزلية، أو تجميع السيارات).الخبرة الفنية: خلفية قوية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية (أو خبرة عملية معادلة). القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وفهم تكامل الأجهزة مع البرمجيات (Hardware-Software Integration).أسلوب القيادة: قدرة مثبتة على إدارة وتحفيز وكسب احترام العمالة الفنية.حل المشكلات: نهج عملي في حل المشكلات؛ القدرة على النزول إلى خط الإنتاج بنفسك لحل أي عائق فني.التعليم: بكالوريوس هندسة (ميكانيكا/كهرباء) أو تخصص فني ذو صلة.مهارات التواصل: مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الأفراد لربط العمليات الميدانية بالإدارة العليا.
