Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chemical Technical Sales Representative at Metal Chem Eg., based in New Cairo, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves engaging with new and existing customers to identify their needs, providing technical advice on chemical solutions, and creating tailored sales proposals. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing client relationships, assisting with technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities and performance is also required.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Technical Sales and Sales processes Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Ability to provide Technical Support and address client inquiries effectively Self-motivated with good organizational and time-management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with industrial chemical solutions and surface treatment technologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits as required
