Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role located in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, the Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property presentations, maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the salesperson will stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide clients with informed advice.
Qualifications
Customer Service and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships Proven knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property Valid Real Estate License or ability to obtain one Sales expertise with strong negotiation and communication skills Familiarity with the real estate market and ability to analyze market trends Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly beneficial A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
