???? Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst (ERP) to support ERP implementation and optimization projects. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions. ???? Key Responsibilities• Analyze and document business requirements (BRD, FRD)• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes• Support ERP implementation projects end-to-end• Coordinate and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization• Collaborate with technical teams and project stakeholders• Ensure solutions align with business objectives ✅ Requirements• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (ERP)• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) • Experience in business process analysis (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) • Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Experience in ERP implementation projects ???? Nice to Have• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ERP-related certifications• Experience in process design and solution architecture ???? Language• Arabic & English required ????
