Key Details:• Salary: 37000 EGP Gross per month • Start Date: 15th May
Responsibilities:• Shift Format: Rotational Shifts.• Serve as the primary point of contact to support a luxury brand products• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a high degree of professionalism and empathy• Maintain the company's quality standards in spoken and written communication.
Requirements:• Education: University Graduate (Bachelor's dearee ir any major).• Language: B2 level in English and German• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and customer handling skills.• Commute: Ability to commute to Maadi daily• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately April start date )• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts
