Sales Representative (Industrial Zones – Cairo) ???? Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target potential importers and exporters to build a robust sales pipeline.- Explore new market segments and trade lanes to increase the company's market share.- Draft and present professional commercial offers tailored to the specific logistics needs of each client.- Follow up on pending quotes actively to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.- Consult with clients to determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods based on their cargo type and deadlines.- Proactively handle client complaints and logistics challenges to maintain high service standards.- Stay updated on competitors' pricing, services, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.- Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly) on sales activities, achievements against targets, and future forecasts.- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with company credit policies.
