We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Office, Estimation, and Procurement Engineer with a solid background in MEP systems, particularly Fire Fighting and/or HVAC.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in project evaluation, cost control, supplier management, and technical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimation, and tender documents Analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements Lead supplier coordination, RFQs, and quotation comparisons Evaluate vendor offers both technically and commercially Oversee technical submittals and ensure compliance with project specs Participate in value engineering and cost optimization Support project teams during execution when needed Build and maintain a strong database of suppliers and pricing Coordinate with internal teams (sales, projects, procurement)
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering5–8 years of experience in Fire Fighting or HVAC systems Strong experience in estimation, tendering, and BOQsSolid background in technical office activities (submittals, specs, drawings) Proven experience in dealing with suppliers and procurement cycle Very good knowledge of Fire Fighting and/or HVAC materials and systems Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Good command of English
Technical Skills:Advanced user of Auto CADStrong Excel skills (costing, analysis) Familiar with project documentation and standards
