About the Role Baiti Furniture is looking for a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full client journey from initial contact and design proposals to closing deals and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll play a key role in transforming client requirements into functional, well-designed kitchen and dressing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage and follow up on leads, and arrange showroom visits when needed• Prepare initial quotations prior to client meetings• Review site measurement reports and identify potential issues• Develop tailored design proposals based on client requirements• Meet clients to present and refine design concepts• Recommend suitable materials, colors, and finishes• Prepare detailed final quotations with accurate measurements and pricing• Finalize agreements and close contracts with clients• Follow up with clients post-signing until final delivery
Requirements• 3 to 4 years of experience in kitchens or dressing rooms• Hands-on experience in Kitchen Draw is a must• Strong communication and client management skills• Ability to understand and work with technical drawings and measurements• Experience in 2D design is preferred• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sales orientation
