About the Job

We are looking for a Language Teacher to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

In this role, you will need an expert level of linguistics. You will have conversations in both Arabic and English with chatbots to assess their performance, as well as write new conversations to teach them appropriate responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their responses
• Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness and performance
• Conduct conversations in Arabic and English to test model understanding
• Create new conversation examples to improve AI responses

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Bachelor’s degree (completed, in progress, or preferred but not required)
