Job description
A marketing executive is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. This role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through all online channels with the goal of presenting the hotel at its best image and strengthening the brand equity in market. Specifically, a marketing coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Assists in creating promotional campaigns for food & beverage, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) on social media channels and responds accordingly
- Assists in creating social media relevant content for social media posting purposes, including but not limited to live event coverage and stories
- Manages content calendar and grid with agency
- Builds hotel website content and its localized language sites as well as provides continuous audit and updates
- Responsible for OTAs and metasearch content build-out, optimization opportunities along with related affiliate marketing programs and provides recommendations on best performance ads and competitor insights
- In charge of e-newsletter creation, dispatch, and growth of customer database
- In charge of e-proposal, pre-arrival design, and execution as per the company’s guidelines
- Monitors web analytics, OTA insight reports, and internal data sources
- Assists relevant departments to achieve the revenue targets and related tasks set by the hotel via e-commerce solid tactics
- Maintains consistency in the hotel’s branding across all platforms and materials
- Creates marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
- Excellent English language speaking and writing skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
- Charismatic personality with strong networking capabilities
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous marketing experience in a similar environment
- Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost management
- Relevant degree in marketing, business development, or other relevant business field from an academic institution
