We are looking for a detail-oriented French Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in One Kattameya. Location: Hybrid (One Kattameya, Cairo) – 2 days on-site per week. Key Requirements Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience as a QA specifically within the BPO industry. Language Skills: Native or Fluent proficiency in both French and English. Technical Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis) and Power Point (reporting/presentations). Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate interactions to ensure quality standards are met. Analyze performance trends and provide actionable feedback to operations. Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports using Excel and Power Point. Collaborate with team leads and clients during calibration sessions to align on quality benchmarks.
