JOB PURPOSEThe Brand Management Executive main role is to support the management and growth of a portfolio of luxury eyewearbrands. This role plays a critical part in executing brand strategy, managing campaigns, ensuring cross-channel alignment, and maintaining operational excellence across multiple markets. The ideal candidate combines strong planning and execution capabilities with a deep understanding of luxury brand standards, retail dynamics, and multichannel marketing operations.
QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.• Strong understanding of brand management and campaign execution• Excellent organizational and project management skills• Strong proficiency in: Excel / Google Sheets (trackers, budgets) - Power Point (presentations)• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for luxury brand standards Experience• 1-3 years in marketing, within luxury, fashion, or retail environments is a must.• Experience working with external agencies and vendors is a plus• Experience working across multiple markets or regions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Execute seasonal and brand campaigns across multiple markets.• Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans and campaign calendars. Ensure alignment with retail, product, CRM, and digital teams.• Uphold and ensure consistency of brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all touchpoints. Support the implementation of brand guidelines and content direction.• Assist in managing the cross-channel marketing calendar across retail, CRM, digital, social, PR, and paid media.• Coordinate campaign launches to ensure alignment and avoid overlaps.• Onboard and coordinate with external agencies and production partners on campaign deliverables. Track timelines and ensure that all outputs meet brand standards and deadlines. Maintain marketing trackers, timelines, and planning tools. Act as a coordination point across internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.• Support budget tracking and reconciliation processes. Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting in collaboration with the Marketing Effectiveness team.• Liaise with key brand partners. Support alignment on campaigns and co-marketing
