What you'll do:• Lead the design and development of full stack features end-to-end• Architect scalable RESTful APIs for mobile and web platforms• Own database modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning in MySQL• Work across both backend (Laravel/PHP) and modern frontend (Vue.js / React / Blade)• Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and mentoring junior developers• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust solutions• Shape deployment workflows, CI/CD practices, and technical infrastructure decisions
✅ What we're looking for:• 5+ years of PHP & Laravel experience with a strong full stack foundation• Deep understanding of MVC, SOLID principles, and clean architecture• Strong MySQL skills — schema design, indexing, performance optimization• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (Vue.js or React preferred)• Proficiency with Git, code review workflows, and Agile delivery• Track record of mentoring, owning features, and delivering at scale• Strong communication in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus
