At Now Company, we’re building a focused software product with one vision and one team. We’re looking for a UI/UX Lead who can own the full design journey — from research to final pixel — and elevate the entire product experience.

What you’ll lead • End-to-end UI/UX design across the product • UX strategy aligned with business and product goals • Translating complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions • User research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions • Wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI • Building and maintaining design systems and UI guidelines • Mentoring designers and raising team design quality • Close collaboration with Flutter developers, backend engineers, and product managers • Ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence across all screens
✅ What we’re looking for • 6+ years in UI/UX design (including senior/lead experience) • Strong portfolio with real product and problem-solving cases • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (or similar tools) • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) • Experience in motion design, product videos, or marketing visuals • Solid foundation in UX research, IA, and interaction design • Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
