Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt, for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and contribute to building the organization’s employer brand. The role also involves maintaining talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and staying updated on industry hiring trends.
Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes Strong skills in Interviewing and talent assessment Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the HR consulting industry or a similar role is a plus
