Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Sales Account Specialist. The Sales Account Specialist will oversee managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow business partnerships. Daily tasks include managing client communications, generating sales leads, conducting client meetings, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying ways to improve client satisfaction. The role requires working collaboratively across teams to ensure the successful delivery of services aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively and build relationships with clients Experience in Account Management, including handling multiple client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships Experience in Training clients on tools, services, or solutions as needed Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency is a plus
