Position Job Responsibilities:1. Conduct class visits.2. Complete misplaced cases.3. Handle complaints.4. Conduct the PDB training.5. Send the end-of-day report.6. Hold weekly meetings with teachers to address issues.7. Plan for the PDB and IDP by the end of each week.8. Complete the class visits plan.9. Set forth the weekly competition’s criteria and announce the winners at the end of eachweek.10. Hold weekly meetings with the branch manager to agree on a plan of action for the nextweek.11. Conduct demos for applicants who apply for the position of an English instructor.12. Complete a weekly plan for their schedule and decide on the start and end time for theirshifts.13. Follow up on the teachers’ adherence to the start and end time of the session.14. Follow up on the commitment of teachers to make sure they start their shifts on time.15. Take disciplinary actions with teachers whenever necessary.16. Conduct a welcoming party with all teachers at the beginning of the batch to set goals forthe batch andmotivate teachers.17. Send a welcoming email that includes all the material needed for all teachers.18. Send the academic growth plan for two milestones to be achieved by the end of this batch.19. Send the academic growth report of whether the milestones were achieved by the end ofthe batch.20. Create the motivational booster schedule and share it with the teachers in addition to thematerials.21. Create the activities schedule and share it with the teachers in addition to the materials.22. Oversee the execution of the midway feedback in session 4 or 5 and complete a reportabout it.23. Create the covering schedule during the batch break to get done with all pending classes.24. Create the oral tests schedule to help with the final evaluation’s process.25. Work on the batch schedule to ensure teachers have no more than 4 levels and office hoursaredistributed fairly depending on the need.26. Work on the professional development of each teacher and use the IDP to follow up on theperformance.27. Work collaboratively with the admins and branch managers to find covering for the classesthat arecancelled on the spot.qualifications:3+ years of teaching experienceprevious supervision experience is an advantage A teaching Certificate "TEFL/ CELTA is required·Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
