Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Creative Lead position. The Creative Lead will spearhead creative strategies and branding initiatives, lead brainstorming sessions, and oversee the visual and thematic coherence of projects. Responsibilities also include generating innovative ideas, developing engaging content, and collaborating with various teams to achieve the highest standards of creativity and communication for all deliverables.

Exceptional Creativity Skills and the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas Strong Communication skills to effectively convey concepts and collaborate across teams Experience in developing and executing Creative Strategy and Branding initiatives Proficiency in Writing to develop engaging, clear, and compelling content Leadership capabilities with a team-focused mindset Strong organizational and project management skills Knowledge of travel, events, or hospitality industries is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
