Role Description
Guide Academy is seeking a full-time English Instructor for ESL (C1 level) to join our team on-site in Cairo. The instructor will be responsible for designing lesson plans, teaching English as a second language, and ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences. Tasks include evaluating learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a supportive educational environment. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records, developing curriculum materials, and participating in training sessions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Education Skills in Teaching methodologies and practices Strong capabilities in Writing and communication Experience or certification in ESL instruction, ideally at a C1 proficiency level Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students Patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity
