Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Engineer located in New Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for preparing shop drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), and conducting quantity surveying. The engineer will also assist in project planning, execution, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts specialized in Furniture design and production or a related field At least 1 year of relevant experience in furniture design and technical office work for wooden and metal works Excellent proficiency in CAD software and other design programs Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and joineries Ability to create technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Passion for the furniture industry and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
