Inventory Management: Check sales of each platform daily and be able to allocate inventory based on ROS and delist inventory of non-selling items.
Reconciliations: Sales, Inventory and Payment. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for monthly alignments.
Catalogue Management: Ensure item listing at marketplace, ensuring correctness of product image details [Size, Background, Resolution] and updating product pages for special offers [discounts, coupons, reward points].
Advertising: Working knowledge of Amazon Ads and Google's PLA.
Merchandizing: Understand and be able to merchandise products on Marketplaces, identify product & price opportunities against the competition, ensuring best-fitting product category & sub-category to boost product searchability.
Reports: Able to create Excel dashboards that can highlight category & business statistics and able to create daily performance MIS reports.
Monitor sales vs budget for the category and territory.
Coordination with ecom buyers for listing & activating promotion on marketplace and
Coordinating with WH teams for Order fulfilment.
Creating and maintaining product-related data and documents.
