Job Summary:- Under the direct supervision of CDU Manager , the course developer is responsible to participate in the processes of proposing developing, , validating and updating the standardized Training Packages STPs in close coordination and collaboration with the subject matter experts and other course developers .
Key Responsibilities:- Planning for the programs to be developed : participates in collecting the data and information about the training programs to be developed into STPs to be submitted to ICAO TPP .- Curriculum Formatting and development: develop and format structured and comprehensive course outlines, learning objectives, and instructional materials for various training packages .- Content Development: Develop multimedia content, including e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and assessments to facilitate learning.- Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with subject matter experts, other course developers and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.- Learning Technologies: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver and track training programs.- Evaluation and Assessment: Develop evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.- Follow up and Review : Follow update and review the validated courses based on the delivered sessions and or the update of the course references .- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.- Experience: Proven experience in course development, instructional design, or a similar role.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- English Language : perfect in written and spoken English language
Preferred Qualifications:- Background and experience in the field of aviation -Master’s degree in a relevant field.- Experience in corporate training or adult education.-Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software.
