We are seeking an experienced and professional Guest Relations Specialist (Tier 2) to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting UK-based customers with inquiries related to hotel reservations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
As a Tier 2 representative, you will handle more complex queries, provide detailed support, and act as an escalation point for customer concerns. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our guests.
